Welcome

There are many ways in which stories are told; books, films, paintings, art, art performance in theatres, television, videos, oral tales, the list could possibly be endless.

Then you have Traditional Aboriginal Art, our Dreamtime. Our Aboriginal art is filled with the grandeur in which exudes from our hearts and soul. From the primitive exotic, to the contemporary of modern day art forms.

Stories are portrayed through images of one of the oldest living cultures. These stories are written in our works of art which are overflowing with not only explosions of colour, being also varied and dimensional.

Most importantly there are those that are written histories of traditional Aboriginal Australia.

Stories will forever remain within our Aboriginal community. A story to be told and passed on to every generation. Not only does this display of artwork have a major historical element, but also offers a significant attribute for the future of our young Aboriginal Australia.

Our lives, our culture, live on in these works of art. This is an expression of the traditional Aboriginal people’s written culture. An experience for all to take pleasure in, an experience that our Aboriginal people wish to share.

Every painting has a journey in which we will all travel together. A place
in time, that we are given by the individual artist. This is a privileged road that we will all undertake.

When we are at our journeys end you will then have an understanding of what each piece of artwork means, not only of the Artist but also of the Aboriginal people.
